Shooting in Smyrna; Suspects Lead Police on Car Chase
At least two people have been taken into custody following a car crash involving the suspects' vehicle.
Smyrna police have arrested at least two people who led them on a wild vehicle chase following a shooting at an apartment complex on Wednesday afternoon.
WSB-TV reports that one or two people were shot at the Galleria Apartments, and that three suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a vehicle. Smyrna police gave chase, and pursued the suspects’ vehicle until it crashed on Paces Mill Road near Paces Ferry Road.
The news station’s helicopter was over the scene when two people were arrested by police.
