Single-Car Accident Stops Traffic on Spring Road
Smyrna police said that though there were no reported injuries, the Wednesday afternoon wreck still shut down the roadway for 45 minutes.

Traffic on Spring Road was brought to a halt on Wednesday afternoon after a rollover accident occurred at one of its intersections, Smyrna police said.

According to spokesman Chris Graeff, a Ford Escape carrying four people rolled over in the intersection of Spring Road and Cumberland Boulevard at approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday. Graeff said that none of the two adults or two juveniles inside the SUV suffered injuries in the rollover.
Graeff said that the roadway was closed for 45 minutes while police investigated and cleared the scene.
