Smyrna Community Event Trauma Focused CBT

Come to a free session to understand the effects of childhood trauma to an adult. Learn valuable coping skills and the mechanisms necessary for healing. All twelve step group members and any person who is facing the despair of every day life through the lenses of a wounded and broken child should attend. This class will give you a step closer to healing.
