Smyrna Library Assembling Care Packages for Troops
The packages will be sent out on Friday, so there is still time to stop by the library to donate items or create a thank you card.
The Smyrna Public Library is about to send out care packages for our men and women serving overseas, and is inviting residents to stop by and contribute to the effort.
Care packages will be mailed out on Friday, Friends of Smyrna Library posted on its Facebook page Monday afternoon. Residents can come by the library Monday to create thank you cards for the packages. If you can’t make it Monday, you can still stop by any time this week and drop off snacks to be sent to the troops.
