Smyrna Mayor Max Bacon shares his recollections of growing up in Smyrna in the 1950s and 1960s. First elected mayor in 1985, Max Bacon has presided over Smyrna’s city government during three decades of remarkable growth and development. Mayor Bacon will reflect on how the city has changed over the years. A much anticipated historical talk by the longest serving mayor in the southeastern United States.
