Smyrna Named Fifth Best Suburb for Millennials

Smyrna has been named as metro Atlanta’s fifth best suburb for young professionals.

Niche.com recently ranked local communities using metrics such as easiest commutes; access to bars, restaurants and coffee shops; age of the residents; median rent; and education levels among others.

“A high ranking indicates that a suburb attracts millennials with an affordable, diverse community and lots of things to do,” the website says.

Another Cobb community, Kennesaw, was No. 8.
