Smyrna Police Investigate Bank Robbery

The Tuesday morning robbery netted the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Smyrna police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank on Tuesday morning.

According to police, the man walked into the SunTrust at 3379 South Cobb Drive at 10:40 a.m. and handed the teller a demand note which read, “give me the 100’s or I will shoot.” After getting an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
