According to the Georgia Peach Council, each year between mid-May and mid-August Georgia produces over 2.6 million bushels of peaches. Throughout peach season, the fruit has taken center stage on Soho's menu. A guest favorite so far? Our special peach dessert.
The dessert features a carmelized fresh Georgia peach served over pound cake and homemade pistachio semifreddo. The dish is topped with brittle. All-in-all it is a plate full of yumminess!
