SPRING INTO SPRING WITH SALADS!
Oli+Ve Welcomes Dr. Denise Pickett-Bernard as she brings 5 salads to the table. Come join us she demonstrates and serves up a great menu.
Menu includes the following:
Appetizer: Red pepper humus served with crunchy crudite
Chopped Salad: Orange and Candied Almond chopped salad with a tangy citrus vinaigrette
Pasta Based Salad: Quinoa, apricot and Arugula Salad with a Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
Entree Salad: East Asian Green Salad with Edamame served with Honey Ginger Chicken
Cheese Course Salad: Belgian Endive Salad with pears, Gorgonzola and Pecans with a White Dijon Vinaigrette

Dr. Denise Pickett-Bernard has worked as a chef, culinary instructor, University of Miami, Florida wellness center nutritionist and has served as an adjunct nutrition faculty member at both Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University in South Florida and presently at Life University in Marietta, GA. She has appeared on television as a nutritional expert. Dr. Dee holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, a BS in Food Service Management, and an MS in Food Science and Nutrition and graduate certificate in dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and Brown University’s teaching hospitals.
