Taste of Smyrna 2016 Set For Saturday

SMYRNA, GA — The 2016 Taste of Smyrna is set for Saturday, Sept. 17.

Here are the details:

• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Location: Village Green, 200 Village Green Circle
• Admission is free.
• Samples can be purchased from $1 up to $4.
• More than restaurants are participating, including Atkins Park, Boneheads, Another Broken Egg, Williamson Bros. BBQ, Maggiano’s, Bruster’s Ice Cream, OY! Restaurant, Rodney’s Jamaician Soul Food, Siam Square, The Public House, Guaco Joes, L’Thai West, Siracusa’s Pizza, Copeland’s of New Orleans, Ice Byrd Frozen Yogurt and Meehan’s Public House.
• There will be acoustic music from Scott Thompson from 11 am-3 pm adjacent to the Veteran’s Memorial. The evening will be topped off with a live concert by a local artist.
• There will be a wide variety of children’s activities from a Quad Bungee, Rockwall, inflatable slides, bounces, obstacle courses and much more.
• The Taste of Smyrna bottled water and soft drink sales will benefit the Smyrna Education Foundation.
