UPDATE: Cobb County is reporting a disabled traffic signal at Powers Ferry and Windy Hill roads and is advising all motorists to treat the intersection as a 4-way-stop.

ORIGINAL STORY: The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for all of Cobb County and many other sections of the metro Atlanta area.

FOX 5 Atlanta reports that the Tornado Warning will run until 2:45 p.m. and covers Gwinnett, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, and Cobb counties. Apart from the Tornado Warning, Cobb County is also under a Tornado Watch until 8 p.m. and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 2:45 p.m.

According to WSB-TV, hail approximately 1 inch in diameter has been reported in the Marietta area.
