Traton Homes Hosts March Realtor Events

On March 17, Traton Homes celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with festive Realtor events at two of its newest communities, Greenwich Park in Johns Creek and Hawthorne Gate in Smyrna. Both events featured delicious food, the chance to win great prizes and the opportunity to tour newly completed homes.

“It was the perfect early spring day for Realtors to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day at two of our new communities,” said Kimberly Garwood, marketing director for Traton Homes. “Everyone had a great time sampling the delicious food and touring our completed inventory homes.”

The first event was a Realtor luncheon hosted at Greenwich Park, a gated enclave of 21 luxury homes priced from $799,900. The event featured traditional Irish fare from Three Sisters Catering, Irish ale and the chance to win prizes including a dinner for four at Fado’s Irish Pub, a $200 shopping spree at Nordstrom and a $150 gift card to Pikes. Attendees also had the opportunity to tour four of the community’s move-in ready homes.

In addition to the luncheon at Greenwich Park, the home builder also hosted a Realtor happy hour at its new decorated model home at Hawthorne Gate, a community of luxury townhomes priced from the $270,000s located in Smyrna. During the event, agents were treated to an assortment of wine, cheese and gourmet desserts catered by Carriage House Catering and also had the opportunity to win prizes including a $100 American Express gift card, a $100 gift certificate to Love Street Gifts and Gardens and a $150 gift certificate to the Honey Bee Boutique.

Additionally, attendees at the Hawthorne Gate happy hour had the opportunity to view the community’s new model home. Featuring The Carrick home design, the model home is an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining with a gourmet kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area with built-in wine racks and family room with a floor-to-ceiling ledgerstone fireplace.
