This week Visions for Vacancies takes a look at the building that was and . The building located at 2781 South Cobb Drive was recently put back on the market after being briefly occupied by the youth group.

Jim Hutcherson, the property’s real estate representative, would not comment on why Mel Catholic, the former property holder, vacated the building, but previously told Smyrna-Vinings Patch that Catholic had signed a lease through April 2013.

The building is 11,616 square feet and sits on approximately three acres of property. When Piccadilly closed in June 2011 the kitchen equipment was sold, but Hutcherson said the building still has the plumbing necessary for a restaurant.
