Observations: Original certified food safety manager certificate not posted. Employee drink stored above clean silverware and employee drink stored above ketchup. Plastic containers put away clean had food debris. New menus since last routine inspection (to go menu, specials menu, platter menu, and regular menu) do not have steak fajitas asterisked to the consumer advisory. Sour cream, cut watermelon, and watermelon lemonade made from fresh watermelon not maintained at 41 or below. Fried chicken crispers, chicken wings, and fried chicken not maintained at 135 or above. 3 pans of pico de gallo prepared at 10:06 not cooled to 41 within 4 hours. Food discarded. Stickers not removed from pans. Dumpster missing drain plugs. Dumpster lid open.
