Viewfinder: Children Build and Grow at Lowe's

Snellville families bond and build at free children's workshops at Lowe's on Scenic Highway.

Lowe's on Scenic Highway 124 in Snellville hosts a bi-monthly Build and Grow children's workshop in the store. On the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m., children get the opportunity to build a wooden project all by themselves. (Younger children might need a little help from a grownup.)

The clinics are free, and each participant also receives a free apron, goggles and a project themed patch. It's the perfect way to spend a rainy Saturday morning, as the children and parents in this week's Viewfinder will confirm. Just follow the sound of dozens of tiny hammers pinging away!
