SUGAR HILL, GA – October 1, 2015 – Stepping Stone Montessori School (SSMS), which provides a Montessori education for children ages birth – 6 yrs in both Sugar Hill and Cumming, today announces its 2nd Annual RISE & DRIVE Community Collection and Festival.

The Community Festival, with the City of Sugar Hill acting as Venue Sponsor by hosting the event on the City’s Town Green, marks the second year that SSMS has organized this fundraising event, in support of CURE Childhood Cancer and Access Life America. This lovely park offers a beautiful Gazebo as our center stage. We will be closing off the streets for this occasion and all are welcome to join. Here are some of the highlights to expect this year:
- A variety of Vendors
- Larger Venue – the beautiful Sugar Hill Town Green
- Local talent along with local children’s performance’s
- Activities for both adults and children (inflatables, craft booths, games, musical performances by local artists)
- Food Trucks and vendors
- Huge raffle with items for the entire family (theater tickets, dinners, jewelry & more!)
In addition, this year’s local charity is Kare for Kids, based in Dawson County. Kare for Kids provides a Christmas for children who would otherwise go without. This program reaches over 700 children.
