North Gwinnett, Peachtree Ridge still ranked high for Friday's game.
This Friday's Suwanee showdown between and indeed will be a matchup of Top 10 teams.
Both schools still are ranked among the state's elite teams in the latest AAAAA ranking by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The game at North also will be for the Region 7-AAAAA title and top seed for state playoffs. Both the Lions and the Bulldogs have won eight straight and are 6-0 in the region.
