Best Ways to Reach Us: The New Word-of-Mouth
In today's world, there is a myriad of ways to reach someone, so take a look at all of the ways we can be found on a daily basis.
I recently heard it said that social media is the new word-of-mouth and it prompted me to think about all that has changed over the last few years. It doesn’t seem like all that long ago when searching for a business required a quick flip through the Yellow Pages or when customer reviews were posted in the form of comment cards on the wall.
In today’s world, things are fast—Internet, Google, Smart Phone fast—which means that there is an array of ways to reach virtually any company or business throughout the world.
Here at Gratitude Goodies, we take pride in connecting with our customers through a variety of social media platforms. While we regularly maintain Google+ and LinkedIn pages, a large portion of what we do can be found through our YouTube page or on Facebook, where we’ve produced and posted over 50 YouTube videos. Some of the things we cover are baby designs, large order designs, sweet & savory hampers, and more; however, the true purpose of our videos is to help our customers get an idea of what types of products we offer, as well as what innovative ideas we have in the works.
