I Love You, Dad!

At a time when I look around and see so many fathers not even giving their names to their own children, I truly feel blessed to have him as a part of my life.

I feel really blessed this Father’s Day like any other day of the year to have a father who has been loving, caring, supportive, and inspirational all at the same time.

Although, he lives many thousands of miles away since I got married and moved, I still feel a connection with him that I can’t say I share with anyone else in the whole world. Even at 65, he does not stop to amaze everybody by setting an example that age is a mere number and that determination is the key to success.

Although, educated in the field of mining engineering, he worked in the petroleum industry all his life. But just last year he finished his degree in corporate law. Bravo, I say to him with prayers for his health and happiness always. At a time when I look around and see so many fathers not even giving their names to their own children, I truly feel blessed to have him as a part of my life.
