Carrington Academy Campers Donate $1,400 to Alex’s Lemonade Stand

Campers held lemonade stands to raise funds and awareness for children with cancer

Summer campers at Carrington Academy locations in Alpharetta, Braselton, Cumming and Suwanee recently worked together to raise more than $1,400 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families and raising awareness to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, campers hosted lemonade stands for fellow campers, families, staff and teachers at their schools. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping children in need.
