Eagles Come Back to Beat Roswell
Late TD pass is the game-winner after Collins Hill trailed 21-7 at halftime

Collins Hill quarterback Bradley Johnson completed a 31-yard touchdown pass to Tevin Holliday with 3:47 left in the game as the mistake-prone Eagles of Suwanee beat Roswell 24-21 Friday in a season-opener at Roswell.
The score completed a comeback that saw the Eagles erase a 21-7 halftime deficit and overcome three turnovers and numerous penalties. Running back Jordan Parker finished with 210 yards and two touchdowns for Collins Hill (1-0).
Roswell scored on three short touchdown runs — two by Andrew Kwateng and one by Corey Wilson.

Roswell struck first, following a Collins Hill turnover at midlfield. After a 28-yard completion from quarterback Ryan Monty to Thomas McCarter to the Collins Hill 1, Wilson scored for a 7-0 lead with 6:48 left in the quarter.
Collins Hill (1-0) answered just before the end of the quarter on Parker’s 7-yard run. Parker also had a 42-yard run on the drive.

Kwanteng made it 14-7 on a 7-yard run around right end with 6:32 left in the half.
A bad handoff from Johnson to Parker gave the ball back to the Hornets at the 22 immediately after the kickoff. Kwanteng later plunged in from the 2 for a 21-7 lead at the 4:36 mark.
A 67-yard drive late in the third pulled the Eagles within 21-14 on a 1-yard run by Parker. The big play of the drive was a 32-yard pass play from Johnson to Rhyan England to the 5-yard line.
Parker had a 24-yard run to the Roswell 31 just before Johnson hit Holliday for the game-winner.
The Eagles next take on Brookwood on the road Friday, Sept. 2.
