FITkidz is OPEN to the public at Gold's Gym of Suwanee/Sugar Hill –No membership necessary!!

Jump start your child's love for fitness while they learn how to get their heart "talking", how it feels when their muscles s-t-r-e-t-c-h, and just how much energy SUPERfoods give you...  all the while working on coordination, gross motor skills, active listening, & group participation!  

(Ages 3-5 participate SOLO / PARENTS of 1-2yr olds JOIN IN!)
