Peach Seed Youth Storytelling Festival

Introduce your children to the power of storytelling at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center! The Emerging Voices Storytellers are offering fun, hands-on storytelling workshops for children grades K through 5. This is a great mother's day out event, and educators are welcome to attend, too.

Workshops will include making storytelling dolls, drama and storytelling games, multicultural folktales, and a fairy tale theater.

The $20-per-child fee covers two workshops, performances by professional storytellers and a goodie bag.  Classes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and parents may pre-register through Jan. 5, 2011.
