Teacher organization Phi Delta Kappa's annual panel discussion -- this year about technology and 21st-century skills -- will be at 5:30 p.m., Jan. 25, at the Collins Hill High School media center. Panelists will discuss their role with techology, and there will be a question-and-answer session. Community members and parents are encouraged to attend.
