GAHBA Recognizes Haven Design Works with Five 2015 OBIEs for Best Interior Merchandising

Haven Design Works, the Atlanta-based interior design firm specializing in model home merchandising, clubhouses and hospitality projects, won two Gold and three Silver OBIE awards at the 35th Annual Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) Awards Gala.

“We work with builder clients throughout the U.S., but to be celebrated by our peers for the work we have done right here in the metro Atlanta area is very rewarding,” says Donna Mathis, founder and president of Haven Design Works. “Winning a total of five Gold and Silver OBIEs on behalf of clients like Edward Andrews Homes and Ryland Homes is a major recognition of the hard work by our talented and growing team.”

Haven Design Works won an OBIE for Best Interior Merchandising in each of these five categories:

Gold OBIEs:

· Detached Model $300,000-$449,999 – The Preserve at Reed Mill, Edward Andrews Homes

· Detached Model $750,000 and above – Manor North, Edward Andrews Homes

Silver OBIEs:

· Detached Model, $300,000-$449,999 – Marketplace Commons, Ryland Homes

· Attached Model, $300,000-$449,999 – Towns at Breton Ridge, Ryland Homes

· Detached Model, $550,000-$749,999 – Manorview, Ryland Homes
