Girl, 6, Says She Was Assaulted by Older Students in Bathroom at Gwinnett Elementary School
Gwinnett Schools has opened investigation of alleged incidents at Sycamore ES.

The Gwinnett County Public School System is investigating claims of a elementary school student that she was sexually molested two times in a bathroom by other students.
The Gwinnett Daily Post, citing an incident report from Gwinnett Schools Police, reported the 6-year-old student said she was assaulted by a third-grade boy on Aug. 21 and by two fourth-grade boys on Aug. 22 at Sycamore Elementary School near Sugar Hill.
The family notified the school system of the alleged assaults on Sunday after visiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.

The investigation is ongoing, district spokesperson Sloan Roach said.
