Gwinnett Braves' Bats Again Struggle in Loss
Buffalo takes series opener at Coolray Field. Teheran scheduled to pitch Saturday.

The Gwinnett Braves have had trouble scoring runs lately, and so it was again Friday night in a 3-2 loss to Buffalo at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.
Bisons starting pitcher D.J. Carrasco allowed four hits and one earned run in 8 2/3 innings. Gwinnett starting pitcher Todd Redmond (3-6) allowed three home runs. The G-Braves fell to 26-28 for the season, 4 1/2 games behind division leader Durham.
The teams will play again Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. at Coolray Field. Julio Teheran, who has spent time with the parent Atlanta Braves this season, will pitch for Gwinnett.

Also, it will be Freddie Freeman Bobblehead Night at Coolray. Freeman is the current Atlanta first baseman who was 2010 G-Braves rookie of the year. The first 4,000 fans at Coolray will receive a collectible item.
