Buffalo falls; Minor to pitch Sunday for G-Braves.

Left fielder Stefan Gartrell was 4-for-4 and homered twice Saturday as the Gwinnett Braves defeated Buffalo 7-1 at Coolray Field.

Gartrell, a midseason acquisition from  Charlotte, had five RBI and scored four times as Gwinnett improved to 27-28. Julio Teheran (5-1) struck out five batters and allowed five hits in six innings.

Gwinnett and Buffalo will play again Sunday at 2:05 p.m. at Coolray Field. Mike Minor, who recently was optioned to Gwinnett from the parent club in Atlanta, will pitch. After the game, fans can come onto the field to run the bases and catch fly balls in the outfield.
