Delgado allowed two runs on five hits in five innings. Mauro Gomez was 2-for-4 for Gwinnett.
The G-Braves remained 3 1/2 games behind leader Durham in the IL South and 2 1/2 games behind the wild-card leaders.

Gwinnett and Norfolk play Saturday (7:05 p.m.) at Coolray Field. Julio Teheran (14-2, 2.19 ERA) will start on the mound for Gwinnett.
