Gwinnett Braves' Losing Ways Continue

Jurrjens makes last start before return to Atlanta.

The losses keep on coming for the Gwinnett Braves, who now have lost 16 of 21 games after Tuesday's 2-1 defeat by Indianapolis at Coolray Field.

Jair Jurrjens started and worked one scoreless inning in a tune-up before his return to Atlanta. He had mixed results with Gwinnett, compiling a 3-4 record and 5.18 ERA.

In all, G-Braves pitchers struck out 15 Indianapolis batters Tuesday, seven by Buddy Carlyle. But a double in the ninth by Gorkys Hernandez drove in the winning run.
