Gwinnett Braves Suffer Two Losses on Sunday
Pawtucket takes the win and Brian McCann heads back to Atlanta.

The Gwinnett Braves lost a 5-0 contest to the Pawtucket Red Sox on Sunday at Coolray Field, as well as a healthy Brian McCann who returned to the Atlanta ball club.
After a two-game rehab stint, McCann was activated at Turner Field and was not in the Gwinnett lineup.
The G-Braves' (67-55) loss holds them at second place, 1.5 games behind Durham in the International League South. The Red Sox (69-52) remain in first place in the IL North.

Gwinnett fell behind in the second inning when their starting pitcher, Yohan Flande, gave up a home run, double, wild pitch and a sacrifice fly to go down 2-0.
The offense came up with only 2 hits on the day, but worse news came with the exit of SS Tyler Pastornicky in the sixth inning with an apparent right leg injury after getting pulled off second base in an attempt to steal.
