Looking Back - A "Happy New Year" Note

Where would we be without all of the support we've received?

As the year draws to a close and our somewhat chaotic holiday lives return to their normal state, I cannot help but reflect upon the last 365 days and feel a sense of fullness rise up within my heart. Only a few years ago—before purchasing Atlanta’s largest gift basket company in 2013—we were a fledgling business who found its wings in the basement of my home.

This year, we had the privilege of not only being honored as a 2014 Forsyth County Business of the Year, but we were also thrilled to become a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) through the National Women Business Owners Association (NWBOC).

While we’ve worked hard to achieve the success that we’ve seen over the last year, none of it would have been possible without the love and support of our employees, customers, friends, and loved ones.

Oftentimes I draw upon a lesser-known quote by Abraham Lincoln which states, “I’m a success today because I had a friend who believed in me and I didn’t have the heart to let him down.” As I sit here, it reminds me of the blessings of my life and all of the people who have believed in our company vision—to our supporters, there are not enough words to express our gratitude.

To you and yours, thank you for helping us grow into something special. May 2015 find you healthy and well, and may your lives be filled with an abundance of warmth, kindness, and of course—
