Want to get physically active but don’t know where or how to start?  Would you like to work to better YOUR fitness level at your own pace?

Why the 90-Day Movement Challenge?

Find out what's happening in Suwaneefor free with the latest updates from Patch.

Quite often, we are unable to get physically active because even “simple” physical movements seem difficult or painful.  When you improve these basic physical movements, physical activity becomes more ENJOYABLE, EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE!

How Does The Movement Challenge Work?

The 90-day Challenge is composed of individual and group sessions.  First, you will be individually evaluated based on your current physical activity/movement abilities through performing specific physical movements.  Your baseline movement abilities will be scored by the Health Coach and you will be given an initial raw score.  During the Challenge, you will be given a specific action plan, guidance and support to improve your basic physical movement score as well as steps to improve any additional physical health goals you would like to accomplish.  The 90-day Challenge includes both One-on-One sessions as well as monthly group sessions.

Who Can Participate?

Anyone looking to get active or anyone looking to improve their current fitness level is encouraged to participate!  We encourage participation with a friend or significant other, as they make great accountability partners!  This Challenge is ideal for anyone, at any fitness level.

How Much Does It Cost?

$75 for 1 Participant, $100 for 2 Participants (if signed up together)

The Movement Challenge 2014 Includes:

  • 3 group session meetings
  • 3 individual One-on-One coaching sessions
  • Physical activity/movement assessment
  • Exercise recommendations and Action Plan to improve Movement Challenge score
  • Unlimited email access with Health Coach
  • Motivational and Accountability texts

The Movement Challenge will begin with a Kickoff group session on Tuesday, February 25th, 6:30 p.m. at Suwanee Spine and Wellness Center.

At the end of 90 days, awards and prizes are given for those that complete the Challenge!
