North Gwinnett Remains in Top 10 in AAAAA

This Friday's -Norcross game indeed will be a matchup of Top 10 teams.

Both of the Region 7-AAAAA schools remained high in the latest statewide ranking by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, despite being idle last week like all other teams in the region.

North's only loss was to top-ranked McEachern. The latest poll:

5. Lowndes (5-1)

6. North Gwinnett (4-1)

7. M.L. King (5-0)

8. Walton (6-0)
