Park'N Ticket Airport Parking Supports Local Pet Rescue

Family and locally owned business sponsors the Georgia SPCA

Park’N Ticket Airport Parking sponsored the 5th annual Georgia SPCA Run for the Rescues 5K, Fun Run & Festival held at Suwanee Town Center on March 28th. The cold weather and wind did not keep the Georgia SPCA supporters for coming out to raise awareness and funds for this rescue organization.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit pet rescue organization. Their mission is, “to reduce the number of healthy animals euthanized in the State of Georgia by implementing successful adoption programs, offering low cost spay/neuter services to the public, and promoting responsible pet ownership.” The event is expected to raise $50,000 to help save animals from high-kill shelters and fund important GA SPCA programs.

Jodi Nicholson of Park’N Ticket said, “We met some incredible people and their “best friends”. It was great to personally thank so many for supporting the Georgia SPCA.” This local airport parking and shuttle business offered face painting to kids and coupons for free parking to adults to thank those who came out to support this event. They were most excited to give away a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4 to participant Kristin. She was shocked that she won the drawing. Jodi added, “so many people out here give so much of their time and energy to the Georgia SPCA and really want to make a difference. We love that and think it is important to make sure they know how much they are appreciated. We are here to support them as much as the organization itself.”
