Peachtree Ridge To Host Learning Event for Elementary Students

will be hosting the Children's Festival for students in the Peachtree Ridge cluster schools in and around Suwanee. The event will be Saturday, Dec. 3, 12:30-4 p.m.

For $3 per child (parents are free), students will take home a smile and a bagful of hand-crafted activities they have created with the help of high school students, according to a news release.

Each subject area of Peachtree Ridge High is being represented by high school students who will inform and teach academic knowledge as well as a skill, while providing an engaging hands-on project for children in a celebration of learning. 

Hot dogs and snacks will be available for purchase. Parents or guardians must accompany their children age 3-12 to this event. One adult may represent two children.
