Peter Pan to fly into Lambert High School this June!

National Award Winning Play on Players’ Children’s Theater is excited to bring the classic tale of Peter Pan Jr to Lambert High School. This magical story reminds us all what it’s like to be a child, and how hard it can be growing up. It is about Wendy Darling (Madelyn Greene) and her brothers, John and Michael, (Reece Moseley and Holden Shanks,) as they journey through Neverland with Peter Pan (Jonathan Ingram). Along the way, they meet Tinker Bell (Kailey Souder,) the Fairies, Lost Boys, Mermaids, Indians and even the infamous pirate, Captain Hook (Jared Guerrasio). It’s Peter to the rescue when Wendy is taken captive by the dreaded captain, who has his own sinister plans in mind for our hero.

Peter Pan Jr features unforgettable songs, including “You Can Fly,” “Never Smile at a Crocodile,” “Following the Leader,” and “What Makes the Brave Man Brave.”

This show was cast in early March, and the crew of almost 50 have been rehearsing ever since. The kids (Ages 8-14,) have been working immensely hard and are very excited to present this incredible musical, directed by Heidi Rider and Kaitlin Gentry. The show runs June 10th, 11th, and 12th.
