Radio Personality Arrested on Sex, Child Molestation Charges
Ulises Rayas is being held in the Gwinnett County jail without bond.
An Atlanta radio personality is in the Gwinnett County jail after he was arrested on multiple sex and child molestation charges. All are felony charges.
According to Gwinnett County jail records, Ulises Rayas of Island Pointe Drive in Buford, was arrested on Aug. 10 and booked around 11:30 p.m.
Raza is a popular personality on La Raza 102.3/100.1, a Spanish language station based in Suwanee, Ga.

Citing the arrest warrant, WGCL-TV Channel 46 reported Rayas is accused of sexual acts with his stepdaughter. The TV station said La Raza has not issued a statement on the arrest, but has taken Rayas’ profile off its website.
Rayas has been charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation, rape, sexual battery, sodomy/aggravated sodomy, incest and statutory rape, according to jail records.
