Ride the 'Blue Crush' at Collins Hill Community Fun Day

The 3rd Collins Hill Community Fun Day is scheduled Saturday, Aug. 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Collins Hill High School (corner field — Collins Hill Road and Taylor Road)

The event, hosted by the CHHS Band Boosters, will feature 10 inflatables, a climbing wall, bungee jumps, dunk tank, corn hole, face painting/crazy hair, live DJ, carnival foods, craft vendors, community organizations, kids workshops, and more.

Main attraction will be the giant “Blue Crush” water slide (wear your bathing suit).

Measuring in at 130 feet long and 42 feet tall, it features 2 racing lanes for you and a friend.

Live demonstrations will take place throughout the day from local Police, Fire, Rescue and Military officials. Equipment from each will be on hand for kids and adults to enjoy. Special attraction will be a Police helicopter for all to experience.

Plenty of great food including hamburgers, hotdogs, and pulled pork all prepared by our amazing volunteer parents. Great deals on combos and kids meals.

Wristband required for inflatables, climbing wall and bungee jumps.

No wristband is required for live DJ, vendors or demonstrations.

Food not included with wristband purchase. Donations/tips collected throughout the event will benefit the Lawrenceville Co-Op.
