Selena Gomez To Greet Fans at Mall of Georgia

Actor and singer Selena Gomez will greet fans and answer questions in the Village Amphitheatre at the Mall of Georgia in Buford from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 16. The stop is part of a 10-city tour to promote her movie “Monte Carlo." The movie, which is rated PG, opens July 1. 

In the movie, Selena, known for the Disney Channel series "The Wizards of Waverly Place,” is mistakenly identified as a British heiress named "Cordelia" during a summer trip to Paris. “Grace” and two of her friends, “Emma” (Katie Cassidy) and “Meg” (Leighton Meester from “Gossip Girls),” pretend to be socialites and live like royalty in Monaco until the real heiress appears.

Other mall tour stops include Los Angeles, Tempe, AZ; Grapevine, TX; King of Prussia, PA; Miami, FL; Peabody, MA; and Orlando Park, IL.

This event is free and open to the public. Selena will be onsite for a 45-minute Q&A session with fans. During Selena’s tour, her fans will be treated to mini-makeovers and green screen photographs. Check out the movie site on Facebook.
