'Serial Flasher' Suspect Arrested in Suwanee
Police say the man has exposed himself in public at least six times, becoming increasingly bold each time.

SUWANEE, GA -- Police have arrested a man they believe is a serial flasher who has publicly exposed himself multiple times in Suwanee.
Suwanee Police Department Capt. Capt. Cass Mooney said that an arrest was made in the case Monday afternoon. The arrest came after a citizen called in a suspicious vehicle that matched the description of one the suspect had used previously, she said.
She said the office is not releasing the suspect's name until victims have been able to attempt to identify him in a photo lineup.

He's been seen in a light blue or silver Chrysler sedan with a temporary tag and, most recently, in a dark blue, four-door sedan, possibly a Taurus, with an out-of-state license plate with red letters.
Sightings have been at different places throughout the city and the man often attempts to expose himself to female joggers. In at least two instances, he has left his vehicle and attempted to approach the victims.
