Resting on the banks of the Chattahoochee with the Suwanee, Levee and Ivey Creeks in the vicinity. Contains 150 Inhabirants, a common school and Methodist and Baptist churches. Nine miles northwest of Lawrenceville, the seat of justice, and 31 from tlanta, about 900 bales of cotton exporte annually. It has two grist mills operated by water power. Stages communicate with Lawrenceville daily. Mail daily each way
