Suwanee Reports Rise in Thefts From Unlocked Cars
Officials in the Gwinnett city are asking residents for help identifying a thief ... and urging them to keep their doors locked.
SUWANEE, GA -- Suwanee Police have seen an increase recently in the number of thefts being reported from unlocked vehicles.
On Monday, the city posted photographs of a suspect apparently breaking into a car.
The post also urges residents to do their part.

"I know we live in Suwanee and people should not be breaking into cars and stealing stuff but please, DON'T make it easy by not locking your doors and leaving valuable stuff out in the open in your car!" the post, shared on the City of Suwanee's Facebook account, reads. "Lock your doors, keep your garage closed and do not leave valuables where people can see them!"
