Observations: Violations for bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods, using a hand wash sink, employee drinks, cleaning food contact surfaces, sanitizer concentration, labeling of chemicals and food separation (amongst other good retail practices) were observed today. Employee touched the ice with his bare hand while scooping it from the ice machine. Employee drinking from a single-use cup with no lid & no straw. Access to hand sink & service station hand sink blocked by trash cans. Food not protected from contamination by separating raw animal foods AND/OR unwashed produce from ready-to-eat foods during storage, prep, holding and display. Food encrusted on slicer that has not been used today. Unlabeled chemical bottles found near dish area & at service station. No small-diameter probe thermometer available for measuring temperatures of thin-massed foods. Wet/soiled wiping cloths stored on tables throughout the kitchen. Current inspection report was not posted in public view. Pans stacked wet on the dish shelves. Multiple line coolers not properly working. Multiple flies observed in the kitchen.
