Suwanee Woman Leads Gwinnett Woman Finishers in Georgia Marathon/Half Marathon

Kenyrik Alexis of Grayson was the fastest Gwinnett County runner in the marathon portion of the Publix Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon held Sunday, March 17 at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta. Alexis finished 33rd overall in the 26.2-mile race.

In the other races, Joey Mazzei of Lawrenceville and Beth Presten of Lilburn were the fastest Gwinnett man and woman in the half marathon, and Aaron Martin and Ana Ignjatic, both of Lawrenceville, were top area finishers in the 5-kilometer event.
