Teheran Wins 12th for Gwinnett Braves

G-Braves now tied for first in division.

Pitcher Julio Teheran continued to dazzle, and the Gwinnett Braves gave him plenty of run support Sunday in an 11-5 victory over Indianapolis.

The win pulled the Gwinnett Braves (60-48) into a first-place tie with Durham in the International League South.

Teheran won his league-leading 12th game, allowing four runs in six innings. Brandon Hicks was 4-for-5 with three RBI, and five other G-Braves had multi-hit games.
