Two Suwanee Basketball Teams Ranked Highly

As Suwanee schools resume regularly scheduled sporting events today, a couple of them have received statewide recognition.

Collins Hill High's boys have been ranked No. 4 and Peachtree Ridge High's boys  No. 7 in the latest basketball poll by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The Eagles are 13-3, and their last win was against Meadowcreek before last week's storms forced cancellation of school and sporting events.

Peachtree Ridge is 8-2 and defeated Mill Creek on Jan. 8. The Lions host Collins Hill tonight in boys and girls action.

Also, the North Gwinnett-Mill Creek game that was postponed has been reset for Jan. 29, per news reports.
