Yuka Roll and Pho Is Sushi and More

Located at the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee, Yuka Roll and Pho boasts over 50 kinds of Sushi rolls. Wait, that's not all.

The restaurant is small, with a sushi bar that lines one wall and three rows of tables in the rest of the restaurant. Don't let their size fool you. The menu is very diverse; from Sushi to Pho to Hibachi, Yuka does not lack in choices.

It also does not lack in charm. The waitresses are friendly and quick to serve. They also are helpful when ordering from the menu of Sushi rolls. Our waitress, Angela Kim, enjoys the Super Crunch Roll, which she says is a favorite. Kim also favors any of the deep fried rolls, including our choice of the evening, the Calamari Tempura.

The Calamari Tempura is made with crab-meat, avocado, and calamari. All of it is deep fried and drizzled with eel sauce and spicy mayo. The result, a creamy bite with just enough tang and heat from the mayo. The deep frying gives it just enough crunch to contrast against the softness of the crab-meat and avocado.

Each visit is sure to give a different experience as you jump around the menu to try new things and come back for old things you love.
