Sent on an errand by her grandiose grandmother, dutiful and diffident Alice gets sidetracked into a wonderful world where her imagination must be unleashed if she wants to trail-blaze a way back home. Along the route, she befriends the White Rabbit, the Mat Hatter, and the Cheshire Cat, who rely on Alice's growing confidence to offset the domineering threats from the Queen of Hearts.
