Besides being a spellbinding story on its own, the timing of this AJC article is very interesting.
Commissioner Boyer worked hard down a the Capitol to defeat the Lakeside cityhood bill - side by side with Tucker's lobbyists and DeKalb County's own lobbyists - paid for with - you guessed it - DeKalb taxpayer dollars.
